This week's Saturday Afternoon Haul is a mixed bag--of licenses, that is. I'm not a huge collector of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but for me this Krang was one that I had to get. My local Walmart had the full wave and this is the one I had to get simply because I had the original version of him in the 90's.
From Turtles to Bats. Vampire Bats, that is. I'd heard about this figure from various YouTubers, but never actually saw it. From the DC Vampires comic, this blood sucking caped crusader makes a very unique figure. His suit is brownish and it looks very, very good! I wasn't that big of a fan of the comic (yeah, as with most DC Elseworlds lately, they always kill Tim Drake) and would've passed on the figure, too, but it stood out so much on the shelf simply because of the cool color design! Kudos to McFarlane!
The final figure today is another one of those middle era children that tend to get ignored nowadays. I'm usually complaining about the lack of Tim Drake and Connor Kent, but the Green Latern of that era, Kyle Rayner, is also frequently overlooked and forgotten. Not so with this cool figure featuring the 90's power ring slinger in all his green and black glory!
